Heady Investments is a development company that adheres to the basics of success. Some of these projects include Parkway Centers I, II, III, IV, V, and Headquarters I- these six buildings are located along the N. Dallas Tollway in Plano, TX. All six buildings are currently over 90% leased.

We have completed our beautiful 6 story class A Frisco Bridges office building which currently has approximately 45,000 rentable sq ft available. It is located at the NEC of the N. Dallas Tollway and Texas Rangers Drive just south of Gaylord. This location offers fantastic parking options with 945 total spaces and is within walking distance to the Dr. Pepper Ballpark and just across from the new Dallas Cowboys Headquarters, The STAR.

One of our new constructions consists of a unique 3 story Medical Office Building, Baylor Plano Pavilion III, that will be located on the campus of Baylor Scott and White Plano Hospital. The building will feature cut stone tile and stucco interior, porcelain tile lobbies with cherry wood ceilings. We are already 35% pre-leased and are scheduled to complete construction by November 2017.
