corner of Dallas North Tollroad and Arapaho Road. Development services
were handled by Vintage Equities, L.P., a Heady Development Co.
contains a 50,000 square foot Oshman's (formerly SportsTown) on the northern portion of
the 6.2 acre tract. OfficeMax occupied a 23,500 square foot building
on the two acre corner.
financing of $6,800,000 was handled by Dan Fryman of Northpark National
build and construction services was Vantage/NATCON. Earnest Randall,
Jr., Senior Vice President of Business Development, handled negotiations
for Vantage Companies.
& Company Realtors handled the lease negotiations between the
lessor, Arapaho Parkway, Ltd., and Oshman's. Lease consideration
was in excess of $9,000,000.
for business Christmas 1993 and OfficeMax in early January of 1994.
The project successfully sold for cash in 1994 at just under $100
per square foot.
